''AKWAABA'' meaning welcome is a year-round short-term rental for domestic and international guests. Enjoy Oak Bluffs during any season in this fully heated and air-conditioned treasure. Sit and watch the action from the comforts of the large front porch or enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. Nestled in between Seaview and Circuit Avenues, the location offers prime access to all that OB has to offer. Never worry about parking — Park in the private two-car driveway on the Kennebec Ave side of the house and walk to all prime sites in OB town. Parking is on Kennebec Ave side of house. Only steps away from Inkwell Beach, Oak Bluffs Town Beach, OB Ferry Terminal, Reliable Market, Back Door Donuts. Included in this rental are a 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms--newly renovated, kitchen with all new appliances, finished basement, dining room, living room, sitting room, breakfast nook at the bay window, laundry room, first floor one full bathroom with tub and shower, and sunroom with daybed for those guests who prefer the privacy of first-floor living. The second floor includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. (Not included in this rental are two additional rooms located at the back of the house and a driveway on Samoset Avenue side.)

Sundance Corporate Retreat
We used the cabin for a corporate retreat. It was perfect for our large group. The open layout let a lot of people mingle without feeling cramped. The owner was also very accommodating.

Great Sundance Cabin
Sundance is a wonderful retreat of casual elegance. The beauty of the Wasatch mountains and Timpanogos is breathtaking. The cabin is lovely in a beautiful mountain setting that is very convenient to the base and is fully appointed for all of your needs. We had two families skiing with 7 people staying with lot's of room to spare. The large dining table made end of day meals easy with everyone, and the game room and hot tub were great family apre ski. The owner's met us and gave us a quick unobtrusive walk through and were very warm and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with, I would give the cabin my highest accolades for quality and convenience
What an experience!
We used this property for a leadership offsite for our engineering group, and it was the right balance of homey and rustic to get the day-to-day pressures of the office out of our heads. Would certainly enjoy staying again, if we get the opportunity.

Our family had a wonderful time. Staying so close to Sundance and relaxing in the cabin was a dream come true! The cabin was beautifully decorated and felt so warm and homelike. The owners did everything possible to make our stay amazing. I highly recommend this property and I am super picky. I am hoping my family can return and we will definitely return to this home.

Beautiful and nicely decorated cabin!
The owners Ellen and Bob are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The cabin is minutes from Sundance Resort, zip line and Steward Falls Trail head. The property is surrounded with beautiful scenery. This 6 bedrooms cabin has so many upscale furnishings you may not want to leave. We hope to return to this cabin in the near future to finish our hike to the top of Mt Timpagonos (we only made it half way this time). Thanks Ellen and Bob for having us!

Exceptional property
The pristine property at Sundance was terrific for 10 adults and 1 toddler; owner couldn't have been more congenial and the property had all amenities you could ask for. The only downside was that all of the bedrooms, with the exception of the master, had double beds which aren't that comfortable for two. (The master suite was amazing, with a king bed and separate bathroom). Other than that, everything was awesome. Great area for hiking, taking the zipline at Sundance, reasonable close to Park City for a fun day trip. I would recommend this property to others, but make sure that they knew that the the bedrooms had double beds. Easy check out; just leaving dirty dishes washing in the dishwasher.

The house was prefect for our family get away.The house is great. Clean and spacious. The beds comfortable. We had a fantastic stay for a long ski weekend with extended family. The owner was responsive and helpful. We plan on coming back next year!

Absolutely Amazing
This place was everything we hoped for and more. The owners walked us through the house and explained everything completely. Lots of space to spread out. Exceeded our expectations and would stay there again.
