Cozy, comfortable cottage in Oak Bluffs near everything! Features a huge wrap around deck with furniture and attached outdoor shower. Walk or bike to the beach, Sunset Lake, Oak Bluffs Harbor, Circuit Avenue, Flying Horses and the Steamship Authority terminal. Explore the island by bus from just outside the door.
Renovated in 2010, our home is decorated with an eclectic eye toward contemporary and mid century. The cottage comfortable and homey with everything you need. At nearly 800 square feet, it is perfect for a small family, romantic escape, girls getaway or low key vacation with friends.
Flat screen, stereo, fully outfitted kitchen, newer appliances throughout and window unit air conditioning provide every creature comfort. We've also left a large selection of paperbacks if you feel like curling up with a good book. Breakfast on the deck sets the tone for the day and a hot outdoor shower awaits your return from the beach.
2 Bedrooms are across from each other with a single common bath. The dining area seats six with room to squeeze two more if needed. We've provided comfortable lounging areas and plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. However, the couch does not pull out, so we stick to a four max policy.
The cottage is peaceful and quiet with tons of natural light. Although walking or biking distance to the center of Oak Bluffs, you are out of the hustle and bustle in this wonderful, family friendly neighborhood. The ferry horn sounds in the distance alerting you of friends' arrival and warning that you have just a few minutes to make them a welcome cocktail or toast to the folks leaving paradise!

Fantastic Location!
This was the perfect location for a much needed getaway. Just off the "beaten path" enough to be quiet, yet close to everything one could want. Cozy accommodations with deck to relax on, an outdoor shower to enjoy after a day on the beach, plenty of space, on-site parking and laundry. Who could ask for more!? Thank you for helping create a wonderful vacation experience for us. I will definitely be back.
