Our home is approximate 2200sf and has 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (all on second floor) and a first floor bedroom (not en-suite) and a first floor powder bathroom. It is 3/4 miles to Oak Bluffs Center, 1.2 miles to Inkwell Beach, 1.5 miles to Farm Neck.

Detailed Description:
First Floor
The main floor includes a spacious, fully equipped, kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances and Quartz counters. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which has a large table with seating for 10 (plus 4 additional stools at the kitchen island). Off the kitchen is a large screened-in porch as well as a deck with a gas grill. The screened porch has two ceiling fans for added comfort and 4 porch rockers. There is a picnic table in the back yard that comfortably seats 10.
The living room is off of the dining room and has a 50" Smart TV with large sectional couch. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed off the living room and a first floor powder room.
Second Floor
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer and linen closet. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and claw foot bathtub. The Master also features a private balcony with seating for two. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle, a twin bed, and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower (this bathroom also has a door to the main hallway).

Beautiful home..has everything plus more
Wow! Just left this beautiful home and can’t say enough about it. We had to hunker down a day due to hurricane Dorian rain ,it ended up being a great day to cozy up with a blanket and play games/ puzzles and spend quality time with our group. We rode bikes , walked into town or took uber. We all said we would definitely come back and stay in this house again. It was absolutely perfect. We found a hidden gem at the VFW during the storm, met very friendly and kind locals to calm our anxieties about the storm ,had inexpensive generously poured top shelf drinks ( be careful) and the restaurant attached to it has one of the best meals with great prices we had. Don’t judge.. Chef Dion makes amazing food.

Perfect weekend
Liz was incredible throughout the whole process. She was very responsive, the home was gorgeous, and it had everything you could possibly need! We will be renting from her again next year!
