A large parking area on a broad pebble drive is surrounded by a fenced-in yard that includes a professionally landscaped lawn and automated sprinkler system, flowering trellis, perennial garden, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample lighting, bedside cabinets, a large dresser, walk-in closet, and a 14-inch TV. The full-bath includes both direct and tract lighting, a shower and a soaking tub.
The second bedroom contains two beds with a walk-in closet, ample lighting, a multiple-drawer storage chest, and a dressing table.
The third bedroom contains a queen-bed has adjacent kitchenette with access to a stone patio through a sliding glass door.
