The fully equipped Equestrian barn has 7 12x12 matted stalls, a large aisle walkway, wash area and shelving for your convenience. Access to 4 gated pastures for grazing, auto waterers in stalls and in pastures and 2 loafing sheds. Utilize the open riding arena if you want to polish your skills before the big show. We have a second barn that offers an additional 7 12x12 matted stalls if needed.
Nestled in the Florida River Valley, the Ranch sits on 60 acres with river frontage and offers immaculate landscaping, the tranquil sounds of the river and serene views of the mountains and pines. Perfect for rest and relaxation while traveling with your family.
Enjoy Fly Fishing? Take a break from riding or shopping and relax by the Florida River. We have done extensive work to the river to create pools for the fish. Catch & release fishing only.
Located just 11 miles from downtown Durango. Enjoy the many local area sites such as the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, National Parks & Monuments, Purgatory Ski Resort, Mesa Verde and much more. Take advantage of the many nearby outdoor sporting activities available which include fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, skiing and of course horse back riding. Access many trails from the Ranch property as well as the BLM. (Horses not provided)
