Built in 1899, the end of the Victorian era, This historic home is named THE CHANDELIER HOUSE. Completely renovated. this beauty sits on the side of a mountain just slightly below The Pinery boasting grand views of downtown Colorado Springs. We took great pleasure in remodeling it while still maintaining it simplicity and integrity. In addition, it is superbly and professionally decorated for comfort as well as décor, with Parisian-Victorian touches to enhance its’ charm… perfect for both families and romantic get-a-ways.
This Victorian gem is located just West of downtown Colorado Springs, (a must-see with sculptures and little gardens on almost every corner with a story to tell), and less than 5 minutes from I-25, the perfect link to getting around town to all your favorite destinations.
On the main level, The Chandelier House invitingly flows from the kitchen, to the dining room, to the living room creating a homey and inviting feel to your stay. It has a full size bathroom and is also home to a laundry room for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for complete meals. The dining room seats 6 with comfortable chairs for a pleasurable dining experience. And, the living room has wonderful cozy furniture and a large smart TV to relax and enjoy your downtime. (The HDTV is connected via HD quality signal for optimum viewing pleasure and High speed wireless internet access .)
The upper level of The Chandelier House, has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen size beds chosen specifically for your comfort and dressed in fine quality linens. The first bedroom has its’ own flat screen TV for your enjoyment, and the second?… wait for it… It opens up through French doors onto a fabulous upper story balcony boasting picturesque views of downtown Colorado Springs. We have furnished the balcony so you can enjoy delightful mornings with your favorite coffee or tea, and relax at the end of the day with twinkling star-studded nights. Not to be left out is the third bedroom which is absolutely adorable and home to a daybed and trundle, perfect for children or single adults. A spacious bathroom graces the upstairs with beautifully tiled features.
A couple of rare features on mountainside properties, The Chandelier House boasts a private outside area complete with a grill and furniture, perfect for outdoor dining. In addition, parking comes with ease as there is ample room for 2 vehicles in line.
