This property offers 6 travelers a relaxing hot tub, amazing views of the front range and a terrific location that is just minutes from the Air Force Academy and so many other popular attractions. When you are done exploring for the day, you can unwind in the hot tub on the spacious rear patio while you warm up the large gas grill. Or, kick back on the comfortable seating group and enjoy the cozy fire pit. If you prefer to be indoors, you can flop on the massive sectional couch in the recreation room and enjoy a movie or football game with digital surround sound and a 65 inch flat screen.
The main level features a Master Suite plus a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a family room where you can kick up your feet and relax in front of the fireplace and another 65 inch TV. The lower level features a large rec room with home theatre setup, a full bath plus two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and another with full over full bunks. There is space to park 3 vehicles in the driveway including a spot for one car in the garage. Additional parking is within walking distance.
The location is so convenient! The home is less than 2 miles from I-25 where you can easily get to all the local attractions and there is a ton of dining and entertainment options within less than 5 minutes.
This is our personal 2nd home that we use ourselves on a regular basis and rent when we are traveling. It was rented through a management company for 2 seasons before we took over the management. The property earned over 20 reviews during that time, all of which were 5 Stars! We have fully stocked this home with everything you need, right down to the smallest details.
