This property is unique for all the extra amenities, location right off Colorado Ave in Old Colorado City. All New Flooring completed! I respond in the first hour if you would like to ask questions or book. We are just 2 miles from Manitou Springs following Colorado Ave West for a few minutes. The boutiques, Restaurant's and bars are up and down Colorado Ave, and your close to the base of Pikes Peak to get on HWY 24 for some great hiking and exploring the area of Pikes Peak. We are 15 minutes from Santas Workshop/North Pole for the little elves, Garden of the Gods (FREE ADM) for a nice walk or bike riding/picnic. We provide free coffee, comfortable bedding, clean and updated with safety in mind for pets and children. The patio area is yours to smoke, grill and allowing your pets to enjoy privacy while your enjoying the area. Just ask that you kindly pick up after your pet! Two air conditioning units from May to the end of August. We provide fire pit, gas grill with propane and back up propane for your visit, washer and dryer on site with laundry detergent/fabric sheets. The bathroom is perfect for little ones to enjoy a new bath tub and clean fresh tile. Fully functional kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, disposal and a dishwasher. We provide cable, air conditioning and location.
We provide grill, private outdoor courtyard with patio/hot tub and propane fire pit. One room is a bunk w/twin new mattress', the additional bedroom is a queen size bed with a new foam mattress to enjoy a restful nights sleep. Super fast WIFI with extenders on the property so if your out enjoying a bar b q, or resting you will be provided fast reliable internet around the whole perimeter of the property. We do require insurance since everything in the bungalow is new from mattress' to dishes. We are right by Red Rocks Canyon and Garden of the Gods is 10 minutes and close to the base of Pikes Peak for hikers or adventure seekers. Cave of the Winds is 8 minutes away and close to Hwy 24 to reach Teller County in minutes.
