This three bedroom townhome is updated and spacious, perfect for a large or multiple families. Located on the stretch of Captiva where you can walk from the bay to the beach in about four minutes. A peaceful location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, marinas, live music, shopping and watersports. This three bedroom townhome features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar. The open dining room and living room has cathedral ceilings, soft and cheerful décor, wood floors and seating for nine. The spacious living room features a flat screen television, two comfortable couches and sliding glass doors to the lania with water views. The large lanai has a table with seating for four, views of the dock and the bay, views of the pool and a stairway leading to the tropical grounds. The first guestroom on the main level has a queen bedroom flat screen television. The main floor bathroom is shared by this guest bedroom. The second bedroom on the main level is the master suite with king bed, amazing views and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower. The third bedroom is located on the second floor with two twin beds and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs also features an open office with a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The grounds of Ventura Captiva are well maintained with a large heated pool, fishing and boating dock. Located just minutes from the beach this is the perfect location to experience everything Captiva Island has to offer.
