Nice guest suite whereas remaining un-rented portion of the house is used by the owner. Huge fenced in back yard. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes from warm mineral springs and 20 minutes from Englewood beach. The property has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen,one queen bed and one twin bed and cable Television. There is a grocery store right down the block and a Wells Fargo across the street. The huge fenced in back yard is a great relaxing spot for our guests.

Our serene respite
My husband and I were moving to Florida but escrow had not closed and wouldn’t for a month. We were also traveling with our three dogs. I communicated with the landlord, Andrew, about our situation. After a little consideration Andrew took a chance with us and the dogs and said yes! It was a wonderful experience. The backyard was so calming and serene and perfect for our dogs also. Great location for food and sightseeing of Venice. All in all, the perfect place for us while we waited on our new home.
