Spacious guest house in Punta Gorda, FL. The home is 2 stories and 1100 square feet. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, main living area, kitchen, and bathroom ( 1 bathroom total). The second floor is one large room with a sitting area, TV and another queen bed. The property is located approximately 7 miles east of I-75, Punta Gorda Exit 164. It takes roughly 10 minutes to get to downtown Punta Gorda, where you will find dining, shopping, and entertainment.
The property sits on 5 acres and has a large pond with plenty of fish to feed. The guesthouse has cable, strong & fast internet, smart TVs and a DVD player. Full kitchen with stove/range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Table and chairs and a propane grill also available outside under the carport. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella available for a trip to the beach. Well behaved, friendly pets are welcomed. Newly redone pool and patio area available.

Bryan Way Getaway
We had a great time but unfortunately the COVID 19 virus shortened our stay. Rodneyand Paula and their family were delightful hosts and dealt with any requests right away. Our dogs loved the big property and watching me feed the fish and turtles in the pond.
