Private setting! Right when you set into the door, you see that this nicely furnished vacation home has an open floor to the kitchen, living room and view to the lanai and pool.
The furniture is comfortable, large dining table and open kitchen with extended counters for entertainment or workspace! The dinette is only set for 2, but most of the vacationers eat outside anyway!
A plus is the separate nook with a desk for computer, gaming and just a reading area. Vinyl luxurious planking throughout! No carpet!
The master bedroom has a French door with access to the pool. Adjacent bathroom with his & hers sinks, garden tub, separate shower and a closed-in water closet.
The other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The laundry room is off the kitchen as is the 2-car garage.
The screened-in pool is fabulous. Unfortunately the pool heater is not working, so we are not able to provide you with the heating option.
Plenty of space for sunbathing, reading etc. but if you do not want to be in the sun, the covered lanai offers a nice seating area.

Family vacation
