Description
Newly purchased and renovated pet friendly oceanfront condo. Pets must be approved prior to booking and must follow Our condo's rules. We accept well behaved pets under 20 pounds. Our vacation condo is located on the first floor of a small 12 unit condo directly on Satellite Beach. Perfect unit for seniors, couples or a small family. Unit was a 1 bedroom, we converted to a suite. Living room has brand new sofa and the suite area has a queen bed. The rooms have a door in between. New and upgraded flooring,lighting, furniture and bedding, all the comforts of home.
Walk out your sliding door and be on the beach. The beach is very private. It's a great location to find sea glass and shells. We have sea turtle nests in front of our unit every year. It's also a great beach to surf,paddle board or ride a bicycle. The sunrises are a photographer's dream. If you wake up early and enjoy the beach you are likely to see a momma turtle. We love our little piece of paradise and know you will also. Unit has two tv's, Internet and Chromecast tv. Nice patio on the ocean with Weber grill.

On the beach
This 480 sf condo is right on the beach, just as advertised, and is perfect for 1 - 2 people. The pictures are accurate and the property is really nicely decorated. You walk right in to the bedroom/kitchen with the living room, with a view of the ocean, in the back part of the property. There is a shared porch, but all of the neighbors were very friendly. I really enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean with my morning coffee, walks and reading on the beach. It would have been nice to have cable TV as it did rain on several occasions. Other then that, Stacey responded quickly to any questions before my arrival. Enjoyed my stay!

Perfect beachfront getaway!
This little unit was perfect! Gorgeous beachfront location right on the ocean. Arrived to see marked sea turtle nest right outside the unit! Watched surfers and dolphins and even swam close to dolphins a few times! Very clean and had every amenity needed. The location is great, and so close to so many great restaurants, Publix grocery store and Walgreens. Everything you need within just a few blocks to miles of you. The owners could not have been any nicer and made check-in and check-out so easy! Would definitely stay here again, and hope to repeat next summer. Thank you so much!
