This was our first time staying on the bay side of CSB and it did not disappoint! Everyone loved enjoying the beautiful sunrises from the main room, kayaking/snorkeling in the shallow waters of the bay, and having fires at night to roast marshmallows... thanks to Phil and Carol for the ingredients and sticks! The house itself includes nearly everything you'd need and accommodated our family of 4x adults and 2x kids just fine.
The only downside of our trip was discovering that the golf cart included with the property could no longer be driven on the main road and that we would have to drive our car to pick it up at another one of their properties by the public beach entrance. This was by no means the fault of the owners as it seems to be a result of some other residents not wanting golf carts around... but either way we made the best of it and still got to enjoy several days of hanging out on the Gulf beaches.
