The first floor of the home features a bedroom with 2 twin beds—perfect for the kids in your group. There’s a bathroom off the room with a shower. The Queen pull-out sofa in the living room on this floor provides an additional sleeping area.
The open-plan living area is located on the second floor. There are plenty of windows that allow brilliant light to flow into the space and showcase the lovely views! The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances—ideal for the chefs in your party. Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the breakfast bar that seats 3 or at the dining table with room for 6. There is a seating area just off the dining area with a loveseat and 2 plush chairs. The living room is just off the seating area. Here you’ll find a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs, as well as a 70” flatscreen TV—perfect for watching a football game or the latest blockbuster. There is a bathroom off of the living room. The wrap-around deck with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table, and a porch swing can be accessed off the living room. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and a private bathroom with dual vanities a separate shower and tub.
