The Cozy Seasides sits nestled on the North Cape, providing its guests with stunning views of the Gulf from its multiple levels of wrap-around decks. Don't miss the crow's nest experience! It's an incredible opportunity to see the Gulf from a whole new perspective from the top deck.
On the top level, a light-filled living area greets guests with open flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas with 10 foot ceilings. Styled with modern furnishings, the living room offers a relaxing space to watch a movie on the large-screen or simply gaze out on the Gulf through the French glass doors. It features a comfortable sofa and loveseat.This room opens onto a furnished covered deck for seamless indoor/outdoor living with charcoal grill.
Steps away, the well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a spacious pantry to easily prepare meals and stock your favorite snacks. A 8-seat dining table and two additional seats allow for sit-down dinners -- or you may prefer the picnic-style table on the deck, where you'll enjoy sweeping Gulf views. A two-seat roof-top table adds an ideal spot for savoring morning coffee al fresco.
There is another outdoor deck space located main level. It features a day bed porch swing—perfect for the children in your group or to relax in while taking in the sights and sounds of the waves crashing along the shore.
Between the master bedroom with king mattress on the upper level and a convenient 3 more king beds on the main level, Cozy Seasides comfortably sleeps up to 10 lucky guests. Each room features classic modern beach decor and new furnishings.

Perfect Beach Paradise

Comfortable modern home with all of the amenities and a short walk to the beach. The owners made check-in/check-out super easy and seemed genuinely interested in whether we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. 5-star experience -will definitely book another stay at Cozy Seasides!
