Studio that sleeps up to 4 guests,their is a queen size pillow top mattress,and a double size sofa sleeper.Kitchen is equipped with all the pots,pans,dishes,glasses,and silverware you'll need full size frig with ice maker,toaster,and coffee maker.Curtains that block out 100% of the light,and a 50' flat screen tv,and free wireless internet.The bath has a large walk in shower with plenty of towels,and wash rags.The view is beautiful from your private balcony your facing due east right into the atlantic ocean,and the beach just a few feet away.You can hear the surf as it washes in.Out side the room their is plenty to do,an Olympic size pool with plenty of lounge chairs,the free shuffle board,and a putt putt golf course for the kids.their is a kiddie pool for the little ones,and we've got a heated pool when the weather turns a little cool.On the pool deck their is the tiki bar,and you can get some good burgers.On the weekend theirs a band that plays overlooking the pool,and a real lieu on weekends with belly dancers,and fire breathers.In the lobby their are a lot of games so bring your quarters,and a real nice gift shop where you can get your last minute souvenirs.Free large parking lot for our quests.

Love it very beautiful room
We had a wonderful time the room was very nice and clean loved the view wished there was not construction going on but after that storm it is a must to get everything back to normal we didn’t really mind it all everything is understandable what was having to be done we will be back soon

View was excellent
The unit was as advertised. Nice walk-in shower, all studio amenities as promised, A/C worked great. Terrific beach view. Side walls of deck angle down toward the front so view also extends to each side. Although temporary, area is currently under extensive hurricane rebuilding, especially sea walls, pools, and any beachside structures. Construction activity limits beach access options. Building itself is also in need of storm repairs, e.g., hall carpeting, ground floor amenities. Because unit is the furthest from lobby, internet is spotty but there is seating in the lobby that can be used. David was very responsive to all needs and the price reflects the current difficulties.

Holiday Inn Stay
Overall the property was nice and clean when we got there. Our check-in process was hectic and we had no beach towels all week are my only complaints. Would likely stay there again.

Room nice, building old and dirty, won't stay again.
The building is run down and not well maintained at all. The unit is updated and nice and has everything you need with a great view. The unit could use a deep clean every now and then or maybe just better cleaning between guests. The bed was comfy but the pillows flat and hard. The balcony is not 100% private, you can look over and see and smell others next to you. The curtains did not close all the way leaving about a foot of uncovered window where others could look in and let a ton of sun in making it impossible to sleep in. The provided umbrella and 2 beach chairs were awesome. A cooler would be nice to provide as well, we bought a Styrofoam cooler and left it behind. The furniture was banged up, super dusty with stains from various liquids. The owner neglected to tell me both pools were closed for basically the duration of our stay. We arrived Sunday evening and were to check out Thursday at noon. The pool was closed mon/tues/wed due to imbalanced chemicals we found out, so if the pool was maintained like it should, there wouldn't be a need to close it down to correct chemicals. The heated indoor pool we were told had been down for a month for roof repairs. I emailed the owner with positives and negatives of this condo and the fact the pool was unusable for us and heard nothing back. When I asked for a later check out, 2 pm, so we could use the pool a few hours he agreed. Some money back would have been nice, or even a thank you for letting him know about some of the issues with his property. The tiki bar by the pool was nice and staff at the bar were very friendly and accommodating. If the room was cleaner with curtains that closed all the way and had a pool to use this property would be top notch.
