The Penthouse comfortably sleeps 4. The property has one bedroom with a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped and elegantly appointed with granite counter tops, microwave and dishwasher. The unit has individually controlled heating/air conditioning. Hardwood floors are throughout, except the bathroom, it is tiled. Cable TV and Internet/WiFi. The Amber is spacious, well-coordinated and comfortable. Laundromat is around the corner from the house, for longer stays. The neighborhood is family friendly. It is safe to walk to and from the subway at all hours. Plenty of great places to eat and drink are within walking distance. Groceries stores are within walking distance. The property is located 7 walk able blocks from the Barclays Center and one block from the A/C-local subway line at the Franklin Ave Station (12 minutes/6 stops to Manhattan). Local car service is also available 24/7. Citi Bikes (bicycles) for rent, are available at the end of the block, approximately 300 feet from the house. You will find a diversity of many wonderful restaurants, shops, theatres, historic parks, libraries, museums, gyms, banks and much more. Walk to Prospect Park (enjoy the zoo and horse-backing riding), the Botanical Gardens and The Brooklyn Museum. Besides having efficient public transportation, it is easy to stroll through Brooklyn from Park Slope to Crown Heights to Fort Greene to Clinton Hill to Bedford Stuyvesant. Brooklyn at its Best
My wife and I enjoyed our three months on Lefferts Place. Clean, modern, yet charming apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable. The owners are on sight and available when needed. We could not have been more pleased!
