Our fabulous chalet home, is the perfect destination for total relaxation all year long, and is a part of the Arrowhead Lake Community ~ a pristine gated community offering tons of activities during SUMMER for people of all ages.
*Enjoy 3 Outdoor Pools and 4 beaches..
during summer season only.
Our clean and very comfortable chalet, has 3 bedrooms (2 MASTER SUITES) & 3 full baths for convenience.
Bedrooms, accommodate 6 people. (House will accommodate up to 8 guests)
House includes rollaway, sofa bed (full size)
Please NOTE:
On the 1st floor, you will find
**a Master Suite with full bathroom ,TV and ample closet space.,
*26x14 living - dining room,
*galley type "cook's" kitchen w/stainless steel appliances and stunning granite counter tops, **and an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds and a (full)bathroom down the hallway.
**Also, Great room has 2nd TV.
Also you will enjoy the open wrap around deck with locking gates and a covered patio (rain or snow cookouts) with and outdoor grill, table and six chairs.The open-air deck is available for morning coffee, daytime relaxation with your favorite book, bird watching, or even stargazing!
The 2nd floor,
* a loft for the kids/teens to hang out, complete with big TV. (3rd)
** a second private Master Suite has bathroom with separate shower in addition to wonderful soaker tub.
Quaint French doors "walkout" to a Juliette Balcony offers a perfect spot for an evening wine date or a brisk morning coffee for two.
All amenities you’ll need, are in-house: Central Air,, WiFi, 3 TV's, and a fully equipped kitchen. set of pots, dishes, silverware, 4 wine glasses, toaster, coffeemaker/filters..

Our Rental Restrictions are below:
a) Arrival time is 4:00 PM or later. Departure time is 11:00 AM.
early check-in or late check-out available depending on booking dates and seasons.

b) We have a 2-night minimum stay.
c) We’re only renting to age 21 (+)
d) Deposit final garbage in Garbage Pail located on street,/ please close securely!!
**cleaning fee $80.
Extra "party cleanup" additional fee may be charged.
The Arrowhead Lake Community has pools and beaches open during the summer months.
The Lodge has many organized activities depending on season. such as: Indoor and Outdoor Movies, Teen Game Night, in summer Sailing, Swimming, Basketball, Fishing, Murder Mystery Dinners, Concerts, Casino Nights, Chili Cook-offs, Canvas Painting Parties, Fireworks, Bonfires, Flea Markets, BBQ’s, Bridge and Mahjong Games, Billiards ~ even a Golf Tournament!

GATE ENTRY CARD $25-45 plus $10 charge per day for activity wristband per person.(lower weekly rates available)
Arrowhead’s Island Rental Shack offers Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Fishing Equipment, and Sports Equipment for a rental fee. Rentals require CASH ONLY, a Driver’s License, ALCA Wristband, ALCA Physical Address & Contact and Phone.#
IMPORTANT NOTE;.....Participation in the amenities after Labor Day is not offered with this property. During off seasons... fall, winter and spring. If want limited amenities during the off season.. $35-$45 car gate fee charged by Arrowhead. Plus $2-4 per day per person/.off season.
SUMMER SEASON - 13 weeks. ...Memorial Day to Labor Day....... Fees are required to use many amenities of the Arrowhead Lake Community. These fees are outside of our control and are managed and collected by Arrowhead Lake Community directly. To use amenities, reservation mgr /home owner MUST submit AHEAD OF TIME an Eform with booking information to the community registration office. You, the traveler are then required to call and pay by phone at least three (3) days prior to your arrival date. (to avoid "EXPRESS" processing fee")
A Fee is required for a Gate card pass for your car (bring License and Registration), and for Recreation Activity Wristbands, which can have a Daily, Weekly or Monthly in season rate (summer) and a lower off season rate.
We recommend you get your INFORMATION to the reservation mgr / homeowner early, .... at least one week ahead of arrival date, then call Arrowhead so you don't have to wait to use the amenities when you arrive for for you vacation.
