The house is in walking distance of the Lodge house were you can enjoy the community amenities including state of the art gym, pool tables, library and much more.

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with 24/7 security, boasting an array of amenities available for guest use (with the purchase of amenity wristbands, please see below), including 2 lakes stocked for fishing, 4 beaches with boating docks, 3 heated outdoor pools, playgrounds and BBQ facilities at every pool and beach, a beautiful new Grand Lodge, tennis and basketball courts, year-round community events, and fun planned activities for both children and adults. These family-oriented, community-sponsored events range from BBQ's, fireworks, children's summer camps, bingo, fitness and dance classes to live music performances, breakfasts and potluck dinners, seasonal and themed parties, and more - be sure to see what events are happening during your stay!

AMENITY WRISTBANDS FOR IN-SEASON (applies Friday before Memorial Day through Monday of Labor Day Weekend):
In-Season Amenity Fees: Daily = $8, Weekly = $35, Monthly = $90.
AMENITY WRISTBANDS FOR OFF-SEASON (applies Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend through the Thursday before Memorial Day.):
Off-Season Optional Amenity Fees: Daily = $2, Weekly = $10.
Fees will be Paid 2-days prior to Renter's arrival In-Season and Holiday Weekends OR 1-day prior to Renter's arrival Off-Season by:
Same Day Processing Fee: $25
ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY FEES: Community fees are purchased directly from the lake association. If driving, you will need to purchase a $15 gate card per vehicle. Amenities fees (mandatory in summer) include access to all community facilities and year-round events, as well as access to the Grand Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness and game rooms, great room, wireless internet access, and banquet room.
This community is only 15 minutes from Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Resort and several nice golf courses. Kalahari Indoor Water Park is just 20 minutes away, and within a 30-minute radius you'll find the Crossings Outlet Shopping, Camelback Ski Resort/Camelbeach Water Park,

Fine house, decent kitchen. Hot tub in the shed had no ventilation, and the air got very fume-y
