INSIDE THE CONDO
This modern condo has room for 3 more cars to park in the driveway. From the driveway, walk down the sidewalk and up a few stairs to the front door. You’ll enter the tiled mudroom, with several hooks to hang your coats.
From there, make your way up the stairs to the main floor. To your left, the 2nd bedroom delights with a queen bed, large window, huge walk-in closet and cool contemporary ceiling fan. Enjoy easy mornings thanks to a 2nd bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
A stackable washer and dryer is tucked away in the hall closet so you can stay caught up on the laundry. Challenge the family to a board game night, gathered around the glass dining table with bench and barstool seating for 6. Three more people can belly up to the kitchen bar.
Refuel for more hours on the slopes in the open kitchen featuring black granite counters, full-size appliances (including a stove/oven, double door fridge and dishwasher) and stainless steel backsplash. Extras include a toaster over, coffee maker and water and ice dispenser in the fridge door.
Warm up in front of the living room’s wood-burning showpiece fireplace, cozying up on the large sectional couch or recliner. Put on your favorite shows on the 47” flat-screen TV with cable and enjoy a quiet night in. There’s room for 6 to gather together here.
In the warmer months, start your day on the outdoor deck with a cup of coffee and mountain views. It houses the gas grill as well.
Retreat to the queen-size master bedroom where the amazing views of Vail Mountain continue through the large windows and on the private deck. Pamper yourself in the master’s en-suite bath, which comes with heated floors, single vanity, lots of storage and stand-up tiled shower with massaging showerhead.
OUR LOCATION
The condo is across the street from the Vail Ski Resort, offering some of the best skiing in the country. It encompasses over 5,000 acres of trails and runs and offers a Swiss-style village with shopping, dining and entertainment. From cheap eats to fine dining, the village restaurants offer a variety of cuisines and tastes.
Vail has two outdoor ice skating rinks and one indoor rink at Dobson Ice Arena (5 minutes). Throughout the year, the village plays host to all kinds of great events like professional ski and snowboarding tournaments, holiday parties and food festivals.
When the snow melts, head to the community swimming pool and spend the afternoon in the lounging around. Along with snow fun, Vail has all kinds of summer activities like hiking on the Vail Area White River National Forest Trails. Booth Creek Trail (13 minutes) and Deluge Creek Trail are also a great way to see nature and wildlife all year around.
