This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home located right on the Slate River in Skyland. Bring your rod and reel and fish right from the shore! Incredible views and very peaceful. The house is about 2 miles to the town of Crested Butte and there is a walking/biking path that you can take to get there within a block of the house.
As you walk into the house, you will find a mudroom to put your gear on as well as a garage space. From here you are on the main level of the home. You will find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining space. Step down a few feet and you are in the living area with lots of space to spread out. You'll find a large flat screen tv that is hooked up to apple tv. Also on this level you will find a powder bathroom.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is made up of a separate soaking tub and steam shower. Just outside the master bedroom is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The 2 guest bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom.
Outside the french doors of the living room you'll find a natural stone patio in a fenced in back yard.
This is an incredible home to base your adventures in Crested Butte. Close to everything and in a great neighborhood.
Alpine Property Management offers discounted ski and snowboard rentals through one of the local ski shops.
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to HOA regulations and/or HOA covenants. All renters must be 25 years of age or with a legal parent or guardian. Children are quite welcome with a parent or guardian.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.
