Reviews

Excellent

Excellent- apple TV with Hulu and Netflix etc in HD was very nice. Appreciated the coffee, cereal, snack bars and fruit as well. The link for the key access details didn't work and I believe that detail needs to be included in text in the access instructions for future visits by the management company. Otherwise, great.

Clean place to stay.

The place was clean which I appreciated and the decor is modern. This is a ground level condo if you prefer higher levels. The location was central for walking downtown. However, there Is room for improvement. The instructions to get keys could be better explained as well as which direction the apartment is located up or down. The room where the keys were located was messy and cluttered with junk on the floor. There is a television but it doesn’t work because there is no cable or an antenna for local channels. No instructions on how to operate the device either. There is an option to connect your smart device’s music only through Apple TV. No Netflix or Hulu. The bedroom window was broken with a note attached. The window seemed closed but it let a lot of cold air in and the weather was very cold (10 degrees). I placed bath towels against the window to keep the cold out. It would have been awful if I wasn’t alone, only two bath towels in the place. The heat started warming up the place after the third day. The washing machine was broken, I didn’t notice that in the photo prior to booking. The living room floor transition piece is missing. The closet floor trim is unfinished however that is shown in the pictures. I didn’t like paying a non refundable cleaning fee, and then finding out I had to strip the bed, load and start the dishwasher, remove the towels and take out the trash or I would be charged additional fees. The place is clean and cheap not so bad for the price once you get warmed up and follow the rules.
