Grocery stores, restaurants, fast food and malls are just minutes away from our location.
One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is close by, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab.
Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining.
