We just completed remodel of condo with new floors, walk in shower, countertops, cabinets, furniture and decorations. You can relax when you come in from the beach in one of 2 rocker recliners, a reclining love seat or 2 lounge chairs on the balcony. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath 12th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and the 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach! Rent includes 2 beach chairs March 1-October 31
Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have a cable TV's.
The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.
Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.
Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Great Condo
This condo is in a great area close to Walmart, Pinapple Willie\'s and many other great spots. The condo itself is nice although it is not quite as pretty as the pictures. But it is clean and for the most part kept up. The only issues we had was the sink in the spare bedroom started leaking so we shut off the water to it and notified maintenance. No one ever came while we were there but there are two sinks in there. The garbage disposal didn\'t work and kept clogging up water. Other than that, no issues. The elevators are apparently new and kept acting up while we were there but that will hopefully get fixed soon. All in all I would stay here again or at least in this resort.

Long Beach Resort is FABULOUS!
Long Beach Resort is FABULOUS! In my opinion, it is the very best view on the entire beach. I could literally see the ocean from everywhere in the condo except the bathroom. It was breath-taking!

Condo was beautiful.
Condo was beautiful. Both bedrooms with ocean view and balcony access was very nice. Condo was alittle outdated but we met the new owner checking out and he is remodeling it and putting all new stuff in. Can’t wait to go back and see what he’s done to the place and how much better it will be. This is a must stay condo if you want a wonderful view and great location.

The condo was nice and relaxing!
The condo was nice and relaxing! The only 2 minor things I’d change....1) we never were able to get the tv in living room to work despite have 3 remotes, and 2) I wish the master bath had a stopper for the tub to enjoy a nice soak! Nothing major, we enjoyed our stay!
