Description
This beautifully decorated and updated condo sits right on the beach. Each room has a full view of the Gulf. There is a spacious balcony to sun bathe and to view the gorgeous sunsets from the 11th floor. There is convenient parking right at the condos front door. Long Beach is a secure community with 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. 2 free beach chairs are provided for you enjoyment from March - October. This condo features a king bed and sleeper sofa to sleep 4, fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in shower. Is close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. In season reservations are for weekly only, Saturday to Saturday mid May - mid August.

I could not recommend a better location or friendlier and accommodating hosts!! Quiet and relaxing!! Conveniently located walking distance to stores and restaurants and it is sitting right on the beach! You can’t go wrong staying with Dale & Darla!!!

We stayed in Dale & Darla’s place, LB4 1102 Condo September 2024. The condo was very clean, updated, and felt very welcoming. We instantly felt like we were vacationing on the beach, with the light & airy decor, plus the views of the ocean from all areas of the condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony while starting our day with morning coffee & taking in the ocean views. The condo was well equipped with what we needed & location was very convenient to the grocery stores and other restaurants. The resort was very clean, well manicured, nice pools & gated parking. The elevators were clean & quick to get you to your destination. We had to cut our stay short but Dale and Darla, were very responsive to our questions, and truly care about their guests. We would definitely recommend this condo & will be back!

We loved this condo.
We loved this condo. It was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed - comfortable place, beautiful views, best hosts ever, cannot think of anything negative. Great location in PCB, plenty of parking, easy access, roomy place, great balcony. We definitely will be back! Thank you, Dale Sass for a great, relaxing and comfortable visit!

Long Beack 1102 condo was amazing.
Long Beack 1102 condo was amazing. The views from the balcony, the condo,, the pools, and having the beach chairs made our stay great. We were lucky enough to be staying there the same time as Dale and Darla and was able to talk with them. They were great to talk to and are amazing people. I hope to get to stay at one of their units again. My family and I love how close we were to Pineapple Willys and many other things to do. I would highly recommend for anyone to rent from them. They made the entire process very easy.

We stayed in unit 1102 from 3/15/25-3/22/25. The condo was great and exceeded our expectations with excellent views. We were vacationing for our kids spring break and loved the location and security of the facilities. We were lucky enough to actually meet Dale and Darla as they were there staying in another unit while we were there. We ran into them a few times and they were very nice to talk to. We also the loved the beach chairs that were provided by them. It was a great bonus and something we hadn’t found with any other rentals we have had in the past. We love PCB and hope to be able to rent from them again as they made everything so easy. Hope to get to see them again as well.

We rented 1102 for the month of February. Dale and Darla could not be better hosts! The unit was clean with all amenities, it is updated with comfortable furniture. The king sized bed is very comfortable with views of the gulf from bed. The balcony furniture is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon snoozing on the lounge chair. The chairs are tall enough for an unobstructed view of the gulf. Dale and Darla are easily contacted if there are any issues (we had none) however, they checked on us to make sure everything was okay. We have already reserved our return trip with them for next year. We have rented before in PCB, and have found Dale and Darla to be easy to work with and trustworthy. They are professional but very personable. We appreciate them and consider them our new friends.

My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom unit (1102) in June 2023. The unit was very clean, updated, and spacious for the 2 of us. The view of the ocean was spectacular from all areas of the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and enjoyed morning coffee, as well as other meals, while soaking in the ocean views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meal, on nights we did not go out. The location was very convenient to the grocery store (Walmart) and other restaurants. The resort had nice pools and access to the beach was very convenient. There are 2 spacious elevators available, so it was not a hassle to get to and from the unit. The owners, Dale and Darla, were very responsive to our questions, and you can tell they truly want their guest to enjoy every moment of their stay. We would definitely recommend renting this unit.

We vacationed at Unit 1102 during the month of February. This condo was wonderful...with an updated kitchen, all ceramic walk in shower, tile floors though out and fresh paint. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was great. We also enjoyed the full glass walls in the living room and bedroom, both with access to the balcony. The balcony furniture was awesome. The owners Dale and Darla were very professional and easy to work with....no surprises. This is the second year we stayed in the Long Beach complex. It is in a very convenient location, has great security and is a clean/well maintained condo complex. We hope we are able to stay here again. Thanks Dale and Darla

Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with us! Condo has everything you need to enjoy long or short stays. Gorgeous ocean view from every room! Perfect for a couple or small family. Dale & Darla are very responsive & accommodating. I stay in PCB annually & would definitely book with them again! The heated pool & hot tub was on our end of the complex and we had it to ourselves during our stay! Thank you for hosting us.

This place was a great.
This place was a great. My wife and I were freaking out trying to find a place to stay in both Panama City and Gulf Shores for the 3rd week in June for our kids baseball tournaments. My wife ran across this unit and contacted the owners directly and Dale was nothing but awesome to deal with. He communicated with us regularly and answered all of our questions. Dale would be a big reason why I would never want to deal with VRBO again. The price of the unit was very fair and just great all around to be at. Thanks so much for making our crazy schedule a little less stressful :)
