There is a reclining love seat and 2 individual recliners so you can relax when you come up from the beach. This roomy 1370 sq ft condo has the best floor plan on the beach. All rooms have floor to ceiling views of the gulf. Living room has a 42" TV, a new queen sleeper sofa and a double reclining loveseat. The dining room table seats 6 + the breakfast bar seats 4. The owners have taken out a kitchen wall, opening up the kitchen to the dining room and living room. The master bedroom has a brand new King bed and a door to the balcony and large walk-in closet. The master bath has double vanity with brand new ash cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bath shower has been remodeled to provide a handicap walk-in shower. The large guest suite has 2 new queen beds and the guest bath has a double vanity with new cabinets and countertop, a garden tub with shower and a walk in closet. Like the master suite it has a door to the balcony. Both bedrooms have a TV & dvd player. Both the bedrooms feature brand new bedroom furniture. A stunning kitchen, free wifi, large washer & dryer and large balcony make this condo a great place for your vacation getaway!

We rent this condo every year for our girls trip! Dale is great to work with. The condo has everything you need, beds are comfy, kitchen is fully stocked and appliances are up to date. The balcony is so peaceful to enjoy coffee while feeling the breeze from the gulf. You can’t go wrong choosing this condo for your vacation. We return every year!

We just left this little piece of heaven and this condo is so beautiful and has everything you could need. The owners are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Always so prompt in responding to any questions we’ve had. This was our first time in this condo, we’ve stayed several times in the one bedroom owned by Mr.Sass. Beds are comfortable and great water pressure. We will definitely be back again next year. Thank you Mr. Sass for being such a great host.

The 2 beach chairs are also provided with cost of rental - which is a plus
our stay was end of May 2022. The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking. Utensils that were needed were provided, there was plenty of hot water, the furniture is very comfortable we were able to spend time just sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the view and fun when we weren't on the beach. The 2 beach chairs are also provided with cost of rental - which is a plus

Our family had the best vacation staying at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The pools were refreshingly cold, which was perfect after a hot day at the beach. The amenities were top-notch, and having beach chairs provided was an absolute game changer—no hauling extras with the kids in tow! We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing, stress-free getaway!

Our Family had a Wonderful Time and Stay at your Condo. The Condo has plenty of supplies for the Kitchen/cooking to activities on the Beach and games for the Grandchildren. This is our 2nd Spring Break Vacation at your lovely Condo and Views of the Beach.

You will not be disappointed renting from Dale and Darla.
This was our first stay at Long Beach 1103 and it did not disappoint. Dale and Darla have thought of everything to make sure our stay wonderful. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy. Both bathrooms are large and walk in shower was so big and did I mention the garden tub! Plenty of living room seating for movie night! Every room had floor to ceiling windows, lay in bed and look out at the waves. Balcony was large with heavy duty table and chairs and chaise lounge, enjoyed watching the dolphins and stingrays from the balcony. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook to save $. I’ve stayed at other condos and the pots and pans were so worn out, Dale and Darla has made sure all cooking pans, plates, glasses, coffee cups etc are high end. The decor is beach themed and so bright and inviting. After renting do many different condos, we have found our return rental. You will not be disappointed renting from Dale and Darla.

My girlfriend and I got in contact with Dale about his room. He was the most courteous and kind gentleman I've ever spoken to over the phone. A true man of devotion to probably everything he does. The room from him was more than enough space and luxury. Beautiful Ocean View, Giant Patio deck overlooking the beach and coast. If you're wanting to stay in one of the nicest rooms available in PCB (I've stayed multiple places) - this is definitely a must. Also, Dale helped me out because the whole point of this beach trip was to propose to my girlfriend - which she said yes.

I absolutely loved my time in Dale and Darla‘s beautiful condo! I went for almost a month in February into early March for a personal retreat & to celebrate my 40th birthday.. The best part of the condo are the windows that cover the entire wall. I loved waking up to the gorgeous ocean view & watching breathtaking sunsets every evening. The spacious balcony is where I spent most of my time, relaxing, reading, writing, praying, and soaking up the sun! The weather was very pleasant. I even got a little tan! The condo was very quiet. There were lots of snowbirds, and everyone was friendly. Even though I was alone for most of my trip, I felt very safe since there was a guard at the front gate. Walmart being across the street was very convenient, as well. Everything you need for your beach vacation is provided in this spotless, lovely condo. I highly recommend it and definitely hope I can go back sometime! God bless you, Dale and Darla!
