Cozy and clean pool home with contemporary decor and a second livingroom that has been converted into a game room with a pool / air hockey table. The house has central heating and air conditioning, new ceiling fans and lighting in each room and is loaded with amenities including a water softener, cable TV and WIFI. The master bedroom and spare bedroom are each equipped with queen beds and the other spare bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom, living room and game room are each equipped with 50+ inch flatscreen TV's. The back patio has a covered patio, plenty of seating, an outdoor BBQ, and the pool has a water feature and lighting that can be adjusted to different colors which look way cool at night for added ambiance. Below the pool area is a gate to a second outdoor area which is set up for cornhole and a firepit. The 2-car garage with epoxy flooring contains a washer and dryer which are available for you to use as well.
Location is Prime, with Southside Bashas' (grocery store) less than 2 miles away, Kmart 4 miles away, and the London Bridge/Channel and Marina Launch Ramp only 5 miles away.
The garage will easily fit one car. The driveway is large enough for 2 vehicles. The street is wide and there is plenty of parking space in front of your house for your boat or trailer.

Awesome!!
The property is excellent! The pool and out door game area is superior. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were exceptional. The in door game room was a bonus. We are definitely returning

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet but a short distance to restaurants and shopping. The owner obviously takes pride in her home demonstrated by the detail to attention in the household décor. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was a comfy place
We went to visit family, and stayed here because they had enough beds for all of us. The pool table/air hockey was fun for us all, just wished there was a pool heater to warm the pool so we could use it. It was pretty to look at. Beds were comfy, good pillows, extra blankets and towels were nice, even the mini shampoo and conditioners were nice. Thanks for a great stay!
