This is an adorable and fully independent stand alone apartment (450 square feet approx.) above a non-used garage (so there are a few steps to get up to it). There are trees all around it. Looking out the numerous windows one gets the feeling of living in a nest like a bird. There are several active bird nests in Spring and Summer right outside on the porches and in the tree branches. It's one block off famous Mt. Vernon Street and the Victorian homes. Senator Highway (the main road out to the Bradshaw mountains and the pines) is right down the same street. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to historical downtown Prescott and all its fun activities, music, coffee shops, antique shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful court house plaza (square).
The owwner has lived in Prescott 40 plus years and lives in the main house up front right on Goodwin street. She is available to meet any needs you might have and answer just about any questions about the area. She is also dog friendly and there's a yard provided for a dog to roam around and do his businesl. It is located in a residential/rental neighborhood known as the Joslin/Whipple Historical district. The main house is a little cottage bungalow style built in about 1924 and she added this little stand alone apartment in 2007.

Enchanting Getaway M
It was a great experience from the onset of communications with Beth. She is super helpful navigating the booking and paying process. Very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I was in awe of how this little oasis was stocked with just about anything you could need. The space is utilized extremely well. It was very cold in Prescott and the gas fireplace and cozy atmosphere was sheer delight for someone from Phoenix. You will be surprised at the beautiful views from high up. So many options with a front and back porch. The location can't be beat as you can walk to downtown if your up for it. Thank you Beth for being an amazing host and creating the perfect getaway!!!

Perfect Getaway Plac
Very clean. Cozy. Nicely decorated. Comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. We liked that it was within walking distance of downtown Prescott. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
