This is the top floor of a large building which also houses the caretaker in the bottom story. During your stay you will hear not a peep because the floors/ceilings are double-hung sound-deadening drywall. In 6 yrs we have never received ONE complaint from vrbo guests.Full disclosure: upstairs thermostat controls entire house so we set it remotely to protect downstairs tenant. Sedona Vacation
We stayed for a week at Sedona Spice. It is well taken care of and very clean. The view from the front windows is breathtaking and better than the pictures! The fireplace was great and the deck was an added bonus . The location is perfect, very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The owner is very responsive if you need anything. We definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This is the second time I've stayed at Sedona Spice. I love the view, location and great home. It's become my home away from home. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance of this quiet neighborhood. Hikes within minutes. Expectations Exceede
Sedona Spice was the perfect home base for our hiking adventures. Quiet neighborhood located near great restaurants and shops and a short drive to all the best mountain and canyon trails. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen equipment more than adequate. I highly recommend Sedona Spice for a couple or group of 4 looking to enjoy the magic of Sedona.
