This is the super-popular Tidewater Lplan -- with the master on the gulf! It has the largest balcony (30 ft long!) of any of the Tidewater 1 bedroom condominiums. The bunk room has it's own bathroom and door, so kids go to bed early without being disturbed. The unit also has a queen sleeper sofa! Tidewater is 1/2 mile from Pier Park and the closest of the large condo buildings to the airport and Frank Brown park.
This unit has wifi enabled, and has a key-coded door lock, to avoid long check-ins at the resort desk. We have cable tv, books, games, and puzzles in case the beach, pools, game room, and gym aren't enough to keep you busy. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included with all stays through October 2018.

Excellent property and friendly owners. The condo is within walking distance of Pier Park which is a huge plus for us. We did have to evacuate a couple of days early due to Hurricane Michael which was unfortunate for us but the owners were so easy to work with! I would definitely stay here again!
