1, LAKEFRONT home w/ 3 BR (+ loft & walkout basement), 2 Bath
Waterski, Fish, Paddle, or just come and relax in the western mountains of Maine in our waterfront lake house. Located in the village of Bryant Pond also known as Lake Christopher.
Over 100' of frontage on the lake, with a sandy bottom entry and right down the cove from the public boat ramp with sandy public beach at the far end of the pond. For the fisherman, the lake holds trout and landlocked salmon.
Snooze in the hammock, make s’mores around the fire pit, grill dinner or enjoy drinks on the deck while listening to the loons calling. Bring your boat, or use our kayaks (junior and doubles), SUP board, or canoe. Wave runners and jet skis are not allowed on the lake, thus its quiet and serene.
We can sleep a max. of 14 people between 3 bedrooms, a loft, as well as a walkout basement. Our kitchen is equipped with all new appliances: dishwasher, ceramic top stove with double oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Both bathrooms have showers with brand new on-demand hot water. Our dining tables inside and outside on the deck, both seat 6 people. For inside entertainment, we have a large flat screen TV with cable, internet with wifi, VCR, and DVD player, along with various movies, as well as numerous games. We maintain a book of local attractions in the house, that includes directions to waterfalls, hikes, swimming holes, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Whether you want to just come and relax, or go out and play, our location is perfect: 10 minutes from Bethel | 20 minutes from Sunday River |30 minutes from Paris, Norway, Oxford Oxford Plains Speedway, Oxford Casino | Slightly more than an hour to Portland, Freeport Outlets and L.L.Bean |A little more than an hour to N. Conway Outlets, Storyland, Santa's Village, or Mt. Washington | 2.5hr's to white-water rafting at the Forks | 2 hours from the MA state border.

Relaxing and beautiful!
Couldn’t be happier with our stay at the cabin! The place was gorgeous and so peaceful. The house was fully stocked and we were able to cook for multiple people every night we were there. We spent the week swimming in the lake, kayaking and relaxing. Jim was also extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away!

a little piece of Paradise on Bryant Pond
we had 4 generations of family, aging from 2 to 89 years. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of space in the house and lots of area sights to take in. The foliage continued to get brighter and more colorful as the days passed and the weather was on our side. the house itself is adorable and it would have been just fine, had we needed to stay in all day. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet escape away from it all, yet close enough to everything you need
