New Years Vacation
We stayed at this house end of Christmas week through New Years. It was very clean, has great gathering spaces, and a well appointed kitchen. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable including the futon downstairs. Sunday River was an easy drive, 15-20 minutes. House is on a hill with nice views. Road from south side a little steep but the other side not bad. We had a small problem with the propane stove on checkin. A call to Vacasa and someone was there quickly and fixed it right away. We had a great time here and will very likely be back again at some point.

Perfect family vacation spot!
Great house! Warm and comfortable with great gathering areas. Beautiful views and a great location. Well equipped with more than the basics and nice extra touches too.
