Description
Lakefront Camp Surronded by Mountains and Views
Located at 116 Rocky Rd, Bryant Pond, ME 04219
Our guests love the rustic style of the camp, the views and the location. We are located directly on North Pond a few feet from the water’s edge; right where you belong.
Sunday River Ski Resort, in the town of Bethel, is 15 minutes away. Mt Abram, a lower cost family mountain, is 5 minutes away. A winter wonderland is right out the door. Snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, hiking trails, ice fishing are there for you. The camp has a large driveway that handles several cars. Plenty of parking here.
Our four season rustic style camp is efficiently warm for those colder months using oil heat. Plus there’s a small fireplace to take the edge off of winter.
Inside, the camp has welcoming views of the pond and mountains. The main floor features a full kitchen with an island and chairs plus a nice sitting area central to the place. The living room has a fire place.
The place is small and it can be a tight fit for the top end capacity of 8. But it's a pretty camp our guests love. Upstairs has 1 large community type bedroom including 1 queen and 3 twin beds that will sleep 5.
In the basement, which is unfinished, are 2 bunk beds that sleep 4. There's also a futon and couch. It's actually perfect for kids or teens to have their own space. Access to the basement is through a trap door and sturdy custom built ladder that is also blocked with a gate for added safety.
We do have the internet with Wi-Fi. Although there's no cable TV, the TV has an HDMI connection. So our guests can stream videos from their device to the TV. There's also a DVD and VCR player with plenty of videos. Plus there's a host of classic board games like Scrabble and Yahtzee. Enjoy!

Amazing!!!
This is one of the best homes we have rented on the water. You will not be disappointed with this little piece of heaven. The water is so clear and the views are beautiful. We had so much fun taking the canoe and kayaks out and exploring the water, watching the eagles, ducks, and other wildlife, and docking the boats at the rock so the kids (and adults) could have some fun jumping into the water. The cabin is a little rustic but very cute and comfy. We all had a blast. We usually plan a few day trips to break it up, but we had no reason to leave and the kids didn't get bored!! If you want to escape the hustle of everyday life, take some time to relax and recharge then I would highly recommend this cabin, and Kenny was great to work with as well.

The place to relax...
Thanks Kenny for accommodating our stay! We really enjoyed the floating dock and the kayaks. The weather was none the less of perfect and we spent the better part of the days on the lake and hiking to the nearby cliff. I definitely want to stay again! Thanks again for the unforgettable stay.

Cozy cabin with a great view
Kenny's cabin was perfect for our weekend skiing at Sunday River. It comfortably accommodated two couples, though there is only 1 loft bedroom with a queen and two twin-sized beds, so privacy was limited. I would happily stay at Kenny's cabin again for my next visit to Sunday River. Pros: clean, beautiful views of the lake, fully-equipped to cook/ hangout, easy 15-min drive to Sunday River Cons: lack of privacy for two couples, driveway is slightly sloped so it could be difficult to drive out of in snowy conditions without all-wheel drive
