Description
This is a 1 bedroom condo that has 2 full-size beds & a full-size air mattress, if needed. It is conveniently located on a high floor. Its private balcony offers you expansive views of the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale scenery. From the comfort of your own bed, one is able to enjoy views of ships passing on the inter-coastal waters and a breath-taking view of the sunset every evening. This condo comes fully-furnished with new living room furnishings & a recently renovated kitchen & bathroom. In the kitchen there is also a separate faucet which filters and purifies the drinking water in order to diminish the need for bottled water. Also, there is a 40' LCD HDTV mounted in the Living Room as well as a 46” TV for the bedroom. The kitchen contains everything needed to relax and enjoy your stay. All outside walls contain floor-to-ceiling special impact resistant tinted glass, to enhance your already magnificent views of Paradise. While the spectacular views enjoyed from the condo are of the inter-coastal, Ft. Lauderdale lights, and the mesmerizing sunsets. The Hotel is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. Our guests are able to enjoy this gorgeous beachfront property. Adjacent to the beach is an outdoor restaurant, circular bar, & a large pool. There is also a fine Italian Restaurant inside the Hotel.
The Galt Ocean Mile is a protected setback mile where visitors as well as residents walk, jog, bike, shop and enjoy the Palm-Tree lined mile. There are many shops within walking distance from the Hotel.
*All payments(Echeck & or Credit Cards) have fees. All fees & surcharges are taken out of the Refundable Damage Deposit.
**There is no street parking. Currently, the parking concession charges $10 per day for valet parking and $5 per day if available for self parking. I have no affiliation with the parking concession.

The condo had everything I needed. My family had a great time. The owner was hands on and accommodating. Air mattress needs changing.
