Description
This is a BEAUTIFUL Waterfront location right on Tampa Bay (well situated for Tampa/Westshore Business or a nice Vacation). The property has waterfront views on 3 sides and the Condo has Waterfront views from the Living room, Kitchen, and from your private Balcony.
We guarantee the Best Rates in the area for any local Hotel with a waterfront setting and similar and accommodations. Local Hotel rates are usually higher than our Condo rental.
Our one bedroom WATERFRONT Condo is on Tampa Bay and is close to Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, FL. This furnished condo includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, ice maker, stainless microwave, stainless stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, and everything else you need for a short or long stay. The living room has waterfront views and a pull out queen size sofa bed. There is a separate Queen size bedroom and a separate children bunk bed area. The Condo also has a waterfront balcony sitting area.
On site amenities include a large Heated waterfront pool, a large pool deck and sitting area, a small tanning beach, an outside fitness area, a sand volleyball court, a BBQ area, tiki huts, a night-time fire pit and FISHING off our private dock. We have the Best Sunsets on Tampa Bay and there are hundreds of nearby activities available.
There is a nice on-site Pool-side Bar and Grill and there is a small store for snacks, beer, and wine inside the 2nd floor main office. There are also several waterfront restaurants, a larger beach area, picnic areas, and a long waterfront walking/biking trail about 1 mile from the Condo.
The Condo is about 4 miles from the Tampa Westshore Mall, the International Mall, the Tampa International Airport, the Westshore Business District, and the Rocky Point Golf Course. The Condo is just one beautiful ride over the Courtney Campbell Causeway to Clearwater. It is also about 10 miles from Mac Dill Air Force Base, 5 miles from the Raymond James Stadium, 10 miles to Downtown Tampa, 16 miles to Bush Gardens, 15 miles from the Hard Rock CASINO, and about a 1 1/2 hour drive to Disney World.
Four non-smoking adults may share the Condo at No extra charge. This Condo is best suited for one Adult couple or one Adult couple and 2 children.
Our Condo includes Free Satellite TV, Free U.S. phone service, Free Wi-Fi, and Free Parking. This is really a Great location and a beautiful spot from which to sight-see or relax.
The published rental rate is the current average daily rental rate. A 12% Required State tax, a small Condo fee, and the New VRBO Service Fee are included in the Quote that will be sent to you for the dates you want to stay. We will also send you additional information about the area.

Cozy and refreshing
Loved it! So close and convenient to the airport. Enjoyed nearby Bahama Breeze for great dinner, outdoor seating, and live music. Queen bed and pillows in Master super comfortable and we are picky! ( love our temperpedic at home). Lots of closet space. Bathroom amenities provided, our 7 year old enjoyed the cute bunk area. Small kitchen has just the right amenities for enjoying breakfast and snacks in the room and out on the balcony. Lots of cookware and utensils - you could totally make a whole meal if you wanted to. Enjoyed breakfast sitting on the balcony. Yummy pulled pork wrap for lunch at the poolside bar and grill. The sand in the volley ball area and tanning Beach is like baby powder - never felt anything like it!
