Beautiful home, fully equipped kitchen, clean and roomy bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
Property and home are very well maintained and immaculately clean. All appliances and AC/heat in excellent working condition. Roomy home with large kitchen/dining/pantry area. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, ample bath and quality bed linens and plenty of pillows with nice-sized closets and dresser storage in the bedrooms. There is a covered outdoor patio area with grill and seating for 8. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to most Tampa attractions and visitor hot spots. I give this home my highest rating for comfort, cleanliness and easy communication with owners. I rented the home for a week during December 2018 and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. Exceptional experience and so much nicer and roomy than any top-rated hotel. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Tampa!

Wonderful location and very friendly welcome!
We were visiting Tampa for our son's graduation and this home was perfectly located for every place we needed to go! We visited downtown Tampa, State FairGrounds for the ceremony, Busch Gardens and one of the local beaches. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for 8 people! The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe enough to take an afternoon walk around the community. We can't wait to come back and stay again!
