Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room. Recently purchased from Barbara Davis - this condo had all 5 star reviews. Destin condo
The condo was really nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the time of year was not the best for Destin as it was colder than we expected. We would definitely recommend the condo to anyone./
