To all of our guests and friends who have reached out to us after Hurricane Irma - THANK YOU. Our bungalow made it through the storm, and the clean up is complete. Our pool is sparkling clean (now heated!), and we've planted many new trees and plants. The Islamorada residents and businesses have done an amazing job of cleaning up and beautifying the island.

This adorable little bungalow is clean and modern, and in the perfect location to experience everything that the Florida Keys has to offer. Fishing, diving, biking, boating, shopping and a multitude of dining options just to name a few. We have prepared an extensive listing of area restaurants and activities for our guests to enjoy.
This little piece of paradise is located on Islamorada's southernmost of four Islands called Lower Matecumbe Key, just on the outskirts of the main village of Islamorada. When you cross the Tea Table Key bridge, you'll leave commerce behind and experience that first real tropical 'Keys' feel. Bright blue skies surrounded by stunning blue-green water on both sides of the road, with palm trees and sea birds everywhere you look. The air is warm, and at night, with so little man-made light, the stars seem to sparkle brighter than anywhere else on earth. It is truly a special place to experience.
Nestled among mature palms, 'Bungalow Blue' is a 525 square ft stand-alone condo that has been completely updated, and awaits your arrival. Best suited for one couple or two, this home has new furniture, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, all new tile floors throughout & newly renovated bathroom shower (Dec 2018), a new washer/dryer, new a/c unit, and two bedrooms, each with very comfortable queen-sized beds and flat screen TVs.
The house is in a private association of only 7 tropical villas where the grounds are meticulously maintained.
Enjoy at no added charge: a sparkling private heated pool (shared by only 6 other condos) your own gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bicycles, beach chairs, a hand-made set of corn hole boards, Wi-Fi, DirectTV, and a private boat ramp. Your rental agreement also gives you free access to Founders Park with a private beach, tennis courts, pickle ball, Olympic sized pool and more..
This home is located on a quiet dead-end street with very friendly neighbors. Here, you can live like a local, or just rest comfortably and quietly after a long day of Florida Keys adventures.
If you prefer a clean and quiet private home in a safe neighborhood over a large crowded resort, you will love this little place, and you might just find it hard to leave!

Cozy, Relaxing Bungalow Blue
My husband and I loved our stay at Bungalo Blue. It had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable, cozy, and easy. The toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooler, bug spray, beach chairs, beach bag, and bicycles were wonderful! The comfortable beds and a place to hang out and relax, either playing cards on the porch, or watching TV on the couch, were very much appreciated. Bill and Maggie were super helpful with suggestions for places to eat nearby. They also have an excellent binder with great reviews of things all around the Keys for you to enjoy. Very, very thoughtful and responsive owners. We absolutely adored the swimming pool . We spent part of every day swimming in the heated pool and just enjoying the gorgeous environment. That heated pool is the best. The central location in the Keys made for easy travel. Bungalow Blue on Islamorada is a gem. Enjoy!

Amazing stay!
We recently returned from a week long stay at the Blue Bungalow. It was fantastic! My first impression was how CLEAN it was... it was spotless. The pictures are accurate everything is light, bright, and organized perfectly! Bill and Maggie have thought of everything you could want, from a small cooler to take to the pool to bug spray to a small sewing kit should the need arise. It’s clear they take great pride and joy in owning and maintaining such a lovely rental. We traveled with our 2 small children and the space worked great for us. We ate breakfast outside at the picnic table every day, and swam in the warm pool every day too. The grounds are beautiful as is the pool! There are countless restaurants nearby and lots to do. We can’t wait to return!!!
