This charming Keys bungalow, fully renovated and newly furnished in December 2017, is your piece of paradise waiting. Tucked away in a small, quiet community of 7 total bungalows located at Mile Marker 76, just a mile south of "Robbie's World Famous Marina", our bungalow features 2 bedrooms, with one queen and one full bed, 1 full bathroom with a brand new shower and fixtures, and is complete with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, central AC, free high speed WIFI, DIRECT TV, full sized washer/dryer, and a shared community boat ramp. In addition, a beautiful pool complete with lounge chairs is available for your shared enjoyment with the rest of the small community.
Sitting on the ocean side of Lower Matecumbe Key on the southern end of Islamorada, the bungalow is in close proximity to all of the main restaurants, bars, marinas and shopping centers, but far enough away that you are able to truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily routine and embrace the island style that is the Florida Keys.
Our bungalow is just 2 blocks from the ocean, steps away from all water based activities, including fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and so much more.
Located about 90 minutes south of Miami and 90 minutes north of Key West, this beautifully redone bungalow is the perfect place to call home during your visit to the Florida Keys. Its central location allows you to easily take day trips to other Keys, or simply just stay put and relax in the beauty of Islamorada.
We provide you a welcome packet with a list full of can't miss things to do in Islamorada. We include our recommendations of where to eat and drink, locations of our favorite local marinas, the best places to rent gear for your outdoor adventures, and even where to catch the best sunsets…

Very well-maintained property
My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our first trip to the keys. This house is very well-kept, and appointed with quality furnishings. Taking off one star based on its proximity to the highway (road noise) and lack of walking access to recreational activities including beach access . Having said that, I understand that is a common issue in the keys as there are very few beaches and most of the housing runs along the highway. We did a lot of research As the keys can be very expensive and this house was an excellent value for the money – I think This place isperfect for adults. And the hosts were very responsive!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!
We are very grateful to Caitlin and Dave for a terrific week at their Islamorada bungalow. The place was so charming (interior and exterior was so clean, well decorated and up to date) and perfectly appointed; towels, linens, kitchen items, bikes, etc. The pool was perfect, as well, and we enjoyed it several times. Loved the area...great shops, restaurants with delicious seafood and gorgeous sunsets...and convenient location to the other Keys and tourist attractions. Very quiet and peaceful to return home to in the evenings. The owners were so nice and attentive and gave personal service, which meant a lot to us. We highly recommend this vacation spot for a relaxing and fun Florida Keys vacation!

Recently renovated, great location, not a large space
Overall, we were pleased with the bungalow and had a great week. It was very nicely equipped with a functional kitchen and modern bathroom with shower. We traveled with 2 children, so not having an area to eat other than on a futon in the living room was somewhat frustrating. The unit itself was also smaller than we were expecting. Finally, the area in back with the fire-pit was pretty beat-up. One of the 2 adirondack chairs was broken and the space was covered with piles of gravel from sewer work being done. I suspect the latter issue may be temporary however, and didn't detract much from our stay.
