4 Bedroom 2 Bath with Pool and Spa on the water. This home was just newly renovated from top to bottom to start March 2018 season with all stainless steel appliances, new smart tv's, in every room with FREE NETFLIX, new king and queen mattresses, freshly painted rooms, brand new carpeting in each of the four bedrooms and new tile throughout. The pool was also just refinished with beautiful turtle mosaics which add to the beauty of the home. The outside of the home was also just repainted and additional updates were done to make your stay memorable. Granite Counters in Kitchen and both bathrooms where just done in September 2018 to complete our renovations. The outside is well lit at night making you feel comfortable and safe coming home on those late nights from the parks. There are many games on hand for family fun nights and also some toys for your little ones to play with. Garage is a complete game room with Pool table, Foosball and video game.
Bedroom 1 (Master) - King size bed with new mattress, master bath with newly tiled shower, double sinks, makeup counter and a walk in wardrobe closet, that has a hotel style safe to lock up your valuables. it has a 32in Smart TV with a spectacular view of the pool and lake.
Bedroom 2 - relaxing spa like feel with Queen bed, new serta I-comfort mattress, 26in Smart TV and closet.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Themed fun rooms that have twin beds, newer mattresses, closets and 26in Smart TVs.
The house has a open concept with a great living room space with 50in Smart TV, electric fireplace (for any chilly winter nights) and a great view of the pool and lake through the large glass sliding doors leading to the screened in pool area and spa on the lake. The Dining room is spacious and has a larger table that seats 6 but with the extra chairs can fit 8 easily. There is also table with seating for four in the kitchen area and three seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need should you cook and eat in. We have a Mickey Mouse popcorn maker, toaster and even a Mickey Mouse waffle maker to make breakfast fun before leaving for the park just like they serve at the Disney hotels. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer with ironing board and iron that leads to the garage that is a fun game room with pool table and darts. High chair and stroller are in the garage as well for renter use
The house has free Wi-Fi/internet. The pool and spa heated for an additional fee, included in price but can be removed for warmer months or if you just don't want it. Don't forget this villa is on a lovely lake in the quite development of Eagle Pointe. It's just 12 minutes to all Disney parks and miles from Universal and Sea World. There is also a petting zoo/farm just 5 minutes away for those days you don't want to spend an entire day at the park. We are 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, Perkins, and tons of other stores and restaurants, which makes this an ideal location to stay at. Keep in mind that staying on the lake has it perks. You have a beautiful view with no houses across from you and lots of wildlife to enjoy like the ducks who come right up to the property to greet you! Also you can fish in our lake and its full of fish. This is a beautiful home to stay in for your upcoming holiday and we look forward to having you!

Excellent!
This is our 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. When we arrived, it was immaculate! It is very close and easy to drive to all of the Disney Theme Parks. We like that home is all on one level yet has plenty of room for a larger group. It also had a lot of Mickey / Disney special touches that we did not have when we stayed in other homes. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

Perfectly maintained, quiet, extremely clean, comfortably furnished
We spent Thanksgiving week in this house and enjoyed it immensely. The house is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with little to no traffic or street noise. The pool overlooks a small, tranquil lake with lots of bird life and a beautiful view. Bill was easy to reach and very accommodating to deal with.
