*Pool is heated to 85 degrees from Oct. 1st - May 31st. The fee is $50 per week or any part of a week, paid by cash or check, upon arrival.
Situated just one block from the beautiful Indian River, Dolly's House affords you the best New Smyrna Beach/Edgewater has to offer. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating on the river, or take a ten minute drive to the beautiful beaches of New Smyrna. There you'll find Flagler Avenue with it's restaurants, spa, beach bars, and shops. Historic downtown New Smyrna is all about Canal Street, with its own entertainment and fun. If you're into cars, the second Saturday of every month is Cruise Night, with 100s of antique autos, muscle cars and hot rods. Saturday mornings, ride down to the farmer's market and pick up fresh produce, locally raised organic pork, chicken and cheese and fish caught in our local waters. The kitchen has been newly renovated and it is fully equipped with all you need to turn your market produce into a wonderful dinner.
A short 15 mile drive up 95N takes you to Daytona International Speedway, Daytona International Airport and more beautiful beaches. There are easy day trips to Cape Canaveral, or to Cocoa Beach, or you can spend a whole day at the theme parks of Disney, Universal or Sea World. Orlando International Airport is approximately 90 minutes away by car.
When you've had enough of the crowds at the beach you can enjoy a day in your own heated pool. After your swim, relax with a glass of wine around the pool or in the screened-in patio. The yard is fenced in for complete privacy in the pool area and there's a grill so you can enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.
The laundry room is off the carport, with another bathroom and a shower to wash the sand and salt off after a day at the beach.
There is a twin size rollaway bed and a sofa bed available upon request.

Well maintained hidden gem!
We loved our week at Dolly's House! It truly is a hidden gem. Located off a main road in a quiet neighborhood, it's a good home base for lots of different things - New Smyrna/Daytona Beach, the Space Coast region, and Orlando. The house itself is very clean and well maintained and had pretty much anything you could think of. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a heated pool off an adorable screened in porch lit with colored lights. The bedsheets were really comfortable, which is not something I would normally notice. Kathleen lives right next store and was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all, the next time we stay in the area, Dolly's House will be at the top of our list.
