Description
Built in 1990 the house Winkler family was designed continously with great attention to detail. It stands on a 1,700 sqm plot, surrounded by a large, well-kept subtropical gardens, with ample space in the sun and in the shade. The fruits of the orange trees you can harvest much. Directly to the property borders the pristine Florida landscape with its old trees and magnificent tropical plants. The house was built according to European standards of stone and has given the hurricanes occurring in Florida "Hurricane Shutter", devices for secure sealing of window. The building also has a 125 square meter terrace, inclusive large pool and all protected by a Sreen, which you can use to relax, but also for a typical American barbecue. A corresponding barbecue is naturally present.
