The Best of Both Worlds (River and Beach Living). Come relax and enjoy the sunrise, birds, dolphins, manatees, sailboats, fishing, kayaking, boating, crabs, beach and beautiful Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River) at Bella Luna Villa in Edgewater, Florida (next door neighbor to New Smyrna Beach). Great place for large families (or two families) with kids and dogs.
This beautiful two story home was built in 2007 and features (2) water front porches, private patio courtyard, private dock (currently under repair after Hurricane Irma but should be fixed by Feb 2019), (3) bedrooms, (3) full baths, office (with WiFi), garage, fenced front and back yards, 2 person kayak, 4 bicycles, gas grill, and outside shower. We also have (4) mounted flat screen TVs, (4) BluRay players with lots of movies and an XBOX 360 located throughout the house. Bella Luna have everything you need for a great day on the water or at the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc).
Two City parks (one with a beach) are located nearby (within 1/2 mile walk) to launch your boat to access the Intracoastal waterway (and our dock to keep your boat) and a continuous sidewalk is located along Intracoastal for great morning and afternoon walks. Located within walking distance are numerous places for morning coffee, pastries, lunch, looking for a good book and even bait for your fishing adventures. New Smyrna Beach is also only 5 miles away (just over the bridge). Edgewater, New Smyrna and Port Orange are home to fabulous eateries, beach stores, antique/consignment/thrift stores, wildlife, outdoor activities and history (Minorcans from Spain settled this area). Bella Luna Villa is only (25) minutes south of Daytona Beach, (1) hour northeast of Orlando and all its many attractions (Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios) and (1) hour north of Kennedy Space Center.

Beautifully layed out and Decorated. We were blown away, 10 times better than the pictures.
It was amazing, what a lovely home. We are working out our next trip now. Kelly has everything and I mean absolutely everything you could possibly need at the house (just pack your clothes). When we arrived, the home, Bella Luna is beautiful !The view of the river, gorgeous !The week were there, 4-28-18 to 5-5-18 weather was beautiful.There is a nice little beach about a five minute walk along the river, our granddaughter enjoyed searching for hermit and Fiddler crabs!There is a 2 person kayak that she enjoyed along with her PopPop , exploring sand bars and islands during low tide.This home was fully equipped , all you needed were clothes, toiletries and food.This home is wonderful,Kelley has a notebook with any information you'll need during your stay, including area menus for your pleasure.Kelley provided us with a welcome basket, a bottle of wine, coffee, and snacks. Thank You, Kelley!The upstairs Master Bedroom, you have gorgeous view of the river, nothing like a cup of coffee watching the sun rise on the deck off the Master Bedroom!This property is everything plus more, it was perfect for our family vacation, everyone had there own space, plenty of games to play , we all agreed it was a great vacation!I would definetly stay here again, Kelley makes you want for nothing, it is so beautiful here, she has thought about everything .
