Great location and view
Condo is close to many restaurants and has a great view of the pool, beach and ocean from the large balcony on the fourth floor. We didn't cook, but the kitchen area is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking. The condo, building and grounds are clean. We enjoyed our stay and would return if ever in New Smyrna.

It is ocean front and has beautiful sunrise views!
We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. It was clean and had everything we needed. The condo itself needs some updating. It could use a fresh coat of paint. The couch and the dinette set needs to be replaced. The tile floor needs some attention. Great views and location. Great beach and pools.

Great location, good unit
Five stars for the location, three stars for the unit/complex. My wife and I stayed here for 4 weeks and really loved the location on the water and near Flagler Ave. The unit has a great view of the water and easy walk or bike ride to area sights. The biggest issue was that there was rarely any hot water, tepid at the kitchen and bathroom sinks, warmer at the shower (fortunately). This is failing of the condo complex, not the unit itself as its a complex-wide hot water system. I spoke to the owner, management and maintenance personnel about it, got the sense that that was just the way it is there (other guests mentioned a similar problem). Other than the hot water, the unit could really use a new sofa and chair (the one's there are very uncomfortable), but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen, while very small was really well equipped. The owner was very responsive and even came over to assess the water situation. All said, we'll probably pick another location in New Smyrna on a return trip.
