Welcome to Paradise in this 5 star Trip Advisor and 5 Star Guest Rated - Gated Beach and Golf community. This is a wonderful, clean, completely furnished, air-conditioned and heated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in beautiful Ocean Village. EVERYTHING you need for your home away from home is here. Pack easy. You are just steps away from your front door to the unspoiled, natural, clean beach.
From your private balcony you have a beautiful "Remembrance Garden" view. Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail sitting on the Redwood Chaise Lounge or the Padded Wide Bench looking at the flower varieties in the beautiful garden. The afternoon sun is behind you, the birds will sing in the morning, crickets will sing at night !
The Living Room has a super Comfy Sofa, 2 Modern Comfy Chairs, a Long Coffee Table and HDTV with Cable Tv. PLUS we also have Netflix, HULU, HBO, ShowTime and other streaming content via an easy to use Apple TV. AND there is apartment wide private High Speed Internet that is included. A large glass dining table with chairs, and a pass thru counter top from the kitchen that has two bar stools for breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
The Bedroom sets are new. The Master bedroom has a full queen bed with a new mattress. The Second Bedroom has two firm single beds. Plenty of storage to store your belongings (lots of storage drawers and closets) so you can put away your suitcases and relax like you're at home. All new towels, sheets and lots of kitchenware items like the a Keurig coffee maker, utencils, glasses, silverware, dish towels, etc. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit. No lugging laundry to a public machine! The refrigerator has an Icemaker so no worries for that afternoon cocktails or to fill your cooler for a day at the beach. We have two beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler for your convenience. Three flat screen TV's. One in the living room and two in each bedroom.
The complex offers in addition to the 9 hole golf course and 5 heated pools, a Tiki bar, a restaurant, jacuzzi, sauna, several sandy and hardcourt tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce courts, basketball hoop, library and fitness club. Great biking areas on the Island as well so take along your bikes there are racks right in front of the Condo.
Hutchinson Island, Ft Pierce is about half way between Miami and Orlando. It's about an hour to West Palm Beach [suggested Airport] and 1hr 15 min to Disney. Do Disney - Universal - Cape Canaveral and be home the same day! If you are coming via auto train, it's 1.5 hrs or so away .Palm Beach, nearby, has an amazing upscale mall if you want to power shop, and outrageous Billionaire [with a "B"] mansions to drive by and see!. Ocean Village is right between Stuart and Vero beach. About 15 miles either way.
The City of Ft Pierce boasts a beautifully restored downtown, with the Historic Sunrise Theater as the jewel of the town. The Sunrise presents a full range of entertainments, from great such as Tony Bennett, Patti Labelle, Howie Mandell, The Beach Boys, Frank Sinatra Jr, and many others. The theatre has weekly changing shows, Broadway quality productions to children's shows. We are famous for our Saturday morning Farmers' Market, offering the very freshest in local produce, specialty items, crafters and other vendors. Don't miss the wonderful baked goods offered by Importico's Bakery. There is a pretty scenic drive that runs along the water from Downtown Ft.Pierce, along the inlet, all the down to Historic Downtown Stuart. It has lots of pretty ones and great views of the inlet, boats and Hutchinson Island. Historic Downtown Stuart is lots of fun, and nice to walk or drive through, with cool stores and great restaurants, it's about an hours drive in all and worth the trip. You'll see a different side of Florida that is local and not over run with tourists. South of Ocean Village, on Hutchinson Island, there are miles and miles of unspoiled beach access. Want to walk all day on the beach and see nobody, it's possible ! And... if you're the real adventurous type, theres even a small hidden nude beach about 7 miles south (just remember, no pointing and laughing at
There is an elevator and it's handicap accessible if needed. The condo is not ADA accessable, but is ADA "friendly" for scooters and the like.. Also your assigned parking space is right next to the elevator, so you don't have to drag stuff a mile through a parking lot !

You have access to everything that Ocean Village has to offer. Some things have a small fee like $4.00 (yes this is correct) for the golf. We have provided bracelets in the unit for you to wear that gives you access to everything like the 5 heated pools, Tikki Bar, Golf, Tennis, Sauna, Jacuzzi's Club Houses and there is a gym as well.
Interaction with Guests:
I live locally, you will have my personal cell number. You'll never be left stranded or waiting, if you need anything.
Other Things to Note:
Hutchinson Island is miles of beautiful beach and and has an unspoiled, old Floridian feel to it. All the roads around this Condo have bike lanes so getting around with your bikes is fantastic. Lots of nice Restaurants on the water, lots of free parking and access around you as well. Just a beautiful !
Search for it online, it's an unspoiled quiet, natural island that is perfect for truly getting away from it all and really relaxing !

Great winter vacation!
We loved this resort. Great facilities and beautiful grounds. The beach is secluded and never crowded. The Tiki bar food and drinks were great. The locals residents were friendly.
