So I and my staff invite you to stay in one of the first cabins built before the National Park was opened in 1949. So come enjoy a cabin that sits on 15 private acres. Most cabins now days are stacked like firewood all together.
I have done many updates this winter and have very positive response specially the new bath area and kitchen. So if you like Frank Lloyd Wright design and a taste for JRR Tolkien to CS Lewis then you should really enjoy. Absolutely Christmas Perfect!
We spent the week of Christmas at Buckhorn, as soon as you walk into the entryway its so beautiful, all the stone and wood. We are a large family with 3 little grandbaby's and there was room for everybody. A few highlights, the bathroom is remodeled, open and gorgeous. The kitchen is so stocked , we had plenty of everything pots, pans and seasonings. Its in a great location few minutes in both directions to town or McDonald's for a biscuit on way to Gatlinburg. We had a wonderful stay . 10☆ Family Vacation Home.

A great way to get away from it all
We had a great stay and loved our time here. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed our daily fire. The location is perfectly situated, close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without being in the middle of the madness.

Cozy and Close to Town
We really loved the cabin and its proximity to everything. It may not be the best for a family with little kids as there's only 1 TV and not a lot of room to play outside. We will def be back!

Great place to stay
We had an awesome time at this cabin. Nice big fireplace and TV. Very clean and cozy. I would recommend staying here
