Great summer home
We really enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Minor issues were quickly fixed by a phone call to owners. It was our first extended stay in Show Low and love the area.

Family Reunion
The cabin had a funny smell to it and the carpets and clean white towels were stained, other than that the cabin was well kept. The cabin was situated in a neighborhood that had lots of regulations regarding how many cars could be parked in the parking area, cars are not permitted to park on the streets, no music or loud noise after 9 pm, no pets allowed, if you wanted a large crowd over you needed the approval of the owner. The HOA kept a close eye on everyone and we were warned that if we violated the rules we would be fined by the HOA. Too many rules to really enjoy our time during our family reunion, we optioned out on inviting family over for fear of getting fined.
