A wonderful surprise!
Everything was great! Staff was excellent. Food at the very nearby Spoke and Wheel was good and the room was most comfortable. Would surely stay again!

The room was fine, but the view out the front was an unkept field and the back of a house, the view from the patio was parking lot and cars. And parking is a bear unless you want to walk quite a ways to your room or get in early, like before 7:00 Staff was FANTASTIC.

You get what you pay for...
My nightly rate was only somewhere around $70, so I should have had different expectations. But both of my rooms (had to switch because of loud noises) were dated, the patios nothing like in the pictures and both had cracked tiles in the bathroom. But for $70/night, what do you expect?
