We are always happy to answer questions prior to booking. ... Sage Cottage resides in a peaceful neighborhood near the base of Thunder Mountain. Our home is a single-level residential home with an open floor plan of over 1500sf. A bathroom is attached to each bedroom for easy access.
Our large covered deck is a comfortable extension of the home, perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. It boasts significant views and steps down to a patio with gas grill. Several Sedona landmarks can be seen from the property. The neighborhood is delightful for walking (don’t forget your straw hat :).
Something very special about our location is we are only 150 steps (count them for yourself ;) to the Amitabha Stupa. The 'stoopa' is a beautiful setting for meditation and spiritual renewal. It's rarely crowded and offers access to many trails within the northern trail system.
Being one of the few International Dark Sky Communities, Sedona follows low light restrictions which make for very dark nights and an abundance of stars. Sedona has more stars than Hollywood. (ba-da-bing!)
We welcome pets. However, we have no lawn, the yard is only partially fenced, and our furniture and bedding are light in color. If you know and trust your pet, they are welcome. If you have a naughty or unpredictable pet (like many of us do) you may reconsider.

Still Great!
This is our second stay at Sage Cottage and it feels like our home away from home. It is clean, comfortable, in a great quiet, and private location. Everything we needed was there and as always we enjoyed hiking and relaxing in such a beautiful location. Tina is so pleasant and accommodating which makes the experience even better.

Peaceful,quiet and comfortable
Sage Cottage has everything you need for a great stay. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Views of the red rocks are to die for. Will certainly stay here if we visit Sedona again. When we thought there was an issue they responded immediately. I think the calm from the Stupa radiates to the cottage as well.
